Telemarketing and direct sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Market research with field visits (if require) & find out potential clients.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
∎ Develop new clients and cooperate with existing clients to achieve monthly targets.
∎ To find out new clients for selling Software.
∎ Attend meetings with prospective clients and ensure an increase in sales.
∎ Attend the call from existing clients & ensure solving the complaints & consulting with other departments.
∎ To maintain a record of all sales and marketing-related documents.
∎ Communicate & develop a strong network with clients for maintaining long-term business relationships.
∎ Should have strong negotiating skills to convince potential clients.
∎ A Self-starter fast thinker and result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
∎ Hitting the daily, weekly & monthly call targets, building and maintaining a relationship with clients and prospects.
∎ Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly.
∎ Computer literacy knowledge of MS Office package (Minimum).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, energetic, and can-do attitude candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Minimum Sales and Marketing experience is a must.
∎ This is desk base job but you have to be positive about field visits if necessary.
∎ Applicants with experience in Software Companies will be an additional benefit.
