Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Materials, retail Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend visiting customers in a professional manner
∎ Understanding customers' requirements, giving showroom tour and offer solutions
∎ Submit quotations/ proposals, negotiate, settle price and payment method and close deal
∎ Give proper delivery instruction to concern department
∎ Provide 5-star hospitality and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Achieve monthly sales target
∎ Proper cash handling and payment confirmation
∎ Check Inventory and provide feedback
∎ Prepare, maintain and update client's database
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by regular follow up, providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Keeping track of client's Accounts and on time collection
∎ Daily / weekly / monthly report to the management
∎ Mentality to work extended hours (Long time)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficient in writing Emails.

Salary: Negotiable
