Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth operation and provide technical support for Skin Analyzer and Hair Analyzer devices across all stores.
Maintain accurate customer data, reports, and system records generated from analyzer devices.
Provide technical guidance to store staff on device operation, analysis procedures, and product recommendations.
Conduct training sessions for store personnel on proper usage of analyzer devices.
Collaborate with brand teams regarding product analysis, updates, and technical coordination.
Perform research on skin, hair, and scalp analysis to enhance service quality and device accuracy.
Participate in R&D and testing of new technologies before implementation.
Visit stores when required to troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues.
Coordinate with vendors for system updates and device performance improvements.
Manage device logistics, including transportation, installation, and relocation.
Maintain records of device locations using SAP codes and device numbers.
Provide remote technical support, including troubleshooting iPad-related issues.
Conduct case studies related to skin, hair, and scalp conditions.
Support the Supply Chain team with device-related modifications and coordination.
