∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities in the Cutting Department.
∎ Reducing garments compensation.
∎ Cooperation between textile and garments.
∎ To ensure cut panel report
∎ Plan, monitor and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with the department head and production people.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyer's different specifications & requirements.
∎ Thorough knowledge on size set, pre-production activities, marker inspection, pattern adjustment, lay controlling, and cut panel inspection with proper documentation.
∎ Should have good knowledge of fabric construction, print, embroidery, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Knit Factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers (Europe & USA).
∎ Sound knowledge on a pattern.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
