Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, and preparing QA schedules for maintaining the quality and reliability of raw materials to finished products as per approved standard.
∎ Day to day Incoming Raw Material Inspection, conduct periodical audit and reporting.
∎ New Develop sample quality verify, perform require testing and submit to relative department.
∎ Ensure monthly bulk samples are submitted to overseas counterpart.
∎ Inspect and test products at various stages in the production process- product conformity according to specifications.
∎ Raise Non-Conformity, take countermeasure and preventive action plan by PDCA process.
∎ Keep document, standardize, data control and report. Analysis test results and prepare the data in the form of different presentation (e.g. graph or chart).
∎ Provide training on testing standards, procedures and technical practices to QC Teams. Improve and invent QC procedure, recommend corrective procedures.
∎ Carry out technical and compliance audits and subsequent follow -ups.
∎ Quality issues investigation and reporting to relevant department.
∎ Prepare daily CCR, NCR and AQL Inspection report.
∎ Prepare requisition, OT planning, and work plan for AQL Inspection.
∎ Maintaining 5S, Cost saving and Initiatives for improvement.
∎ Assist to Manager, Asst. Manager and Sr. Manager as when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in MNC and Quality Background is preferred.
∎ Must be proficient in MS Office.
∎ Must have proficient English communication skills, both written and oral, at a conversational standard.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
