• Must have Quality Control experience in the Ready Mix Concrete Industry

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as Executive (QC) for Bashundhara Ready Mix and Construction Industries Limited, Mirsharai, Chattogram.

Responsibilities:-

• Support in executing the Quality Control (QC) plan as directed by the supervisor.

• Support concrete production activities in alignment with the daily production schedule.

• Prepare and implement daily and monthly manpower utilization plans and testing schedules

• Conduct trial mixes following supervisor`s instructions

• Perform daily and monthly material testing for concrete

• Prepare test reports and submit them to the Supervisor

• Maintain and organise hard and soft copies of all necessary QC documentation

• Oversee on-site activities including casting, cylinder preparation, curing, and compressive strength testing conducted by lab assistants.

• Monitor material acceptance and rejection processes and report accordingly.

• Update concrete production data in the ERP system.

• Track and follow up on SPR, SRM, PR, SR, and QC reports via ERP.

• Communicate with clients regarding any quality concerns and address and resolve complaints promptly.
