∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, IPE, Electrical, Forestry, and Wood Technology from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day-to-day activities of production.
∎ Increasing productivity and minimizing wastage
∎ Downtime reduction through coordinating and planning with maintenance people.
∎ Proper material planning for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure production of the quality board by the expected level.
∎ Submit RM consumption, and RM stock report to the line manager in due time.
∎ Ensure delivery of all kinds of related boards within the lead time.
∎ New product development to diversify customer satisfaction.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be skilled in Productivity, Efficiency, and Innovation.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in the related line, skilled, and competent enough to smoothly handle all the production-related issues.
∎ Willing to stay near the factory on his own accord.
