Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solve any problem of product or production, discussing with manager & higher authority setting formulation with quality & costing, monitoring new formula application
∎ Carry out raw materials test & testing repot reservation , batch charging processes
∎ Fill up the batch card and ensure that all product are manufacturing in according with the batch card
∎ Carry out different test as per requirement
∎ Calculate and minimize process loss
∎ Determine Strength of KOH solution
∎ Distribute the workforce according to machines and products and ensure the maximum utilizations of men and machines
∎ Arrange packaging and check batch coding of products
∎ Update maintenance department during machine breakdown and shut down
∎ Monitoring whole process of respective production area
∎ Discuss with Plant Manager for plan review and Providing pack slip as per plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
