- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Minimum M. Pharm or B. Pharm (5 years professional degree) from reputed university.

- MBA/BBA major in Marketing from reputed university.

- Age At most 30 years
1-3 years of experience in export shipments, logistics, or procurement (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English, with strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordinate export shipment activities with relevant departments.·
- Prepare and submit shipping documents for assigned markets.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) agents to streamline shipment processes; Follow up shipment status.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Collect, process and verify shipment bills; facilitate timely payments.·
- Manage insurance claims for shipments, including application and collection of claim amounts; Maintain claim records.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update shipment records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
