Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 30 years
1-3 years of experience in export shipments, logistics, or procurement (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English, with strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Activities related to customs clearance including port status, regulatory coordination, and other activities related to port clearance
Collect and upload information about shipment from C&F, suppliers and others in the system
Communicate to all concerned departments/stakeholders like Factory, suppliers, customs, bank and other regulatory authorities
Lodging and following up all insurance claims
Collect, process and verify shipment bills; facilitate timely payments
