Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
∎ Coordinate with merchandisers and buyers to understand order requirements, prioritize orders, and allocate resources accordingly.
∎ Monitor production capacity and adjust schedules as needed to ensure optimal resource utilization.
∎ Work closely with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
∎ Track production performance metrics and prepare reports to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency.
∎ Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on production schedules and priorities.
∎ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive- Planning (Woven Garments)" for a reputed woven garments company. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
