∎ Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for Quality Inspector for outsource partners of Garments Accessories who will take care our partner house quality assurance independently and reporting directly to the Team leader. Must have good knowledge of garments accessories.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit to production house to inspect garments accessories woven label, Hangtag, PFL, Jacron etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with QA team leader regarding quality, other information to ensure smooth flow of production.
∎ Maintain company quality requirements, guidelines and SOPs.
∎ Deal with factory IQA (Internal Quality Assurance)/production, distribution team and technicians for necessary improvement of product and process guide by supervisor.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years in QC/ QA/ Inspection/ production in garments accessories company.
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, Internet Browsing- Self-Dependent, Responsible & Goal Oriented.
∎ Able to visit various factory for inspection of our product daily basis
∎ Knowledge of proofreading, inline QC, Final inspection, Packaging etc.
∎ Monitoring total QA process (in factory or buying company)
∎ Knowledge about AQL, QC process and reporting.
∎ Able to keep record of every change and report to team leader.
∎ Reporting about daily QC status to Team leader.
∎ Train factory QC/QA team and work for their continuous development.
∎ Following up all customers complains and aware team members about it.
∎ Analysis risk assessment & capacity to reduce related risk.
∎ Should have good knowledge in garment accessories & little bit production knowledge is plus.
∎ Maintain good relations in the factory people.
∎ Highly communicative, collaborative, problem solving mind set.
Salary:
∎ 15 to 20 K based on experience
