Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. MBA (Marketing) will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify Business Opportunities and Conduct Meeting with Prospective Clients.
∎ Seek actively out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
∎ Oversee and manage daily park operations, including facility maintenance, visitor services, safety and security, and general park upkeep.
∎
∎ Create and implement park policies and procedures that ensure the safety of visitors and employees while complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎
∎ Attend community meetings and participate in public relations efforts to promote the park within the community.
∎ Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate park staff members, including park rangers, maintenance workers, and administrative personnel.
∎ Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a quick and effective response to any incidents that may occur within the park.
∎ Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including marketing and communications, to promote the park and increase visitor attendance.
∎ Coordinate & promote events, activities, and programs within the park to attract visitors and enhance the visitor experience.
∎ Report time to time on key performance indicators and others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 to 3 years related job.
∎ Experienced in operations management of BPO services including experience in managing staff, budgets, and facilities.
∎ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of safety and security protocols, regulations, and standards related to park operations.
∎ Familiarity with park maintenance and upkeep procedures, as well as experience with budget development and management.
∎ Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
∎ Age: Maximum 32 (Age is flexible for experience candidate).
∎ Male/females. Female will get preference.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Should have practical experience on MS office.
∎ Must be able to evolve with modern techniques and technologies with direct application to the professional group under his/her direct report.
Salary: Tk. 27000 (Monthly)
