∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Motel, Amusement Park, Resort, Restaurant
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the hotel's website.
∎ Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
∎ Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to enhance website rankings and organic traffic.
∎ Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.
∎ Monitor website analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is search engine optimized and aligns with online marketing strategies.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute online marketing campaigns and projects.
∎ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries received through online channels in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Work closely with the reservations and sales team to align online marketing efforts with overall business goals.
∎ Monitor online reviews and manage online reputation to enhance customer satisfaction and brand perception.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in online marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
∎ Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
∎ Proficient in content creation and copywriting for online platforms.
∎ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize marketing performance.
∎ Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging online marketing campaigns.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Tech-savvy and adaptable to the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
