Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CMS.
∎ Maintain admin and protocol related schedules, resources, property acquisitions, procedures and policies.
∎ Plan, control and supervise all office transportation.
∎ Ensure safety, security & protocol of the company.
∎ Prepare overtime, holiday allowances, roster, attendance report etc.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets related to administration within the department, expenditures for the entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Experience with SEO, content creation, and customer support software is a plus.
