Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from any UGC approve institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieved monthly sales target from Modern Trade as well as control credit limit in respective client.
∎ Contributing to, and developing, preparing business plan and Sales & Trade marketing strategies for respective client.
∎ Collate market performance report of own and competitor's products to build future sales strategies
∎ Preparing Consumer promotional plan of Modern Trade and execute it successfully for increasing sales.
∎ Build and maintain effective Corporate Customer Relationships Management (CRM).
∎ Presenting Product & Sales services to clients using PPT, Brochure, e-mail, phone calls.
∎ To supervise the client activities in term of achievement of their target ensuring, merchandising & display, maintain stocks, delivery, products availability, product sampling and damage.
∎ To supervise chain outlets PO, GRN, Timely bill submitting, Collection and overall month ended review.
∎ Establish strong credit control mechanism to secure the cash flow and minimize credit risk of the company.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
∎ Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience as Executive, Modern Trade at least 03 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Trade Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
