Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline (preferably BBA in Mkt.) from a reputed educational institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Aggressively drive relationship based sales business and proactively manage existing relationships
∎ Record client activities and opportunities in CRM systems on a timely basis.
∎ Prepare and implement corporate sales area coverage plan, monitoring day to day sales of the company.
∎ Maintain liaison with customers and build strong trade relationship.
∎ Identify local opportunities, conduct research and prepare analytical report.
∎ Motivate and mobilize all brand promoters and sales staffs to obtain optimum effectiveness and achieve the given target.
∎ Identify and develop institutional business opportunities in Government, large or medium private as well as public institutions.
∎ Respond, as first point of contact, to the growing number of "warm sales leads" that come through email, phone etc.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to best address client needs.
∎ Process sales requests and orders for large volume deals.
∎ Work with supply chain team to ensure smooth product delivery.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction with rapid delivery and answering any question.
∎ Be accountable to monthly sales targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge on sales and market analysis
∎ Well hand in report writing and presentation
∎ Work under pressure to meet deadlines
∎ Self-managed, highly driven by relationship management and revenue generation.
∎ Ability to establish credibility with and influence the institutional investor community.
∎ Ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver high levels of performance.
∎ Strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
∎ Strong professional and personal integrity.
∎ Polite, customer-focused, and willing to go the extra distance to mature a sales lead.
∎ Excellent written and oral English communication skills as well as native language
∎ Strong comfort with Microsoft Office - particularly Microsoft Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
