Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Business Administration
∎ preferably BBA/MBA/Marketing or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
∎ Answer questions about products or the company .
∎ Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process .
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the selling .
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner
∎ Must be Target Oriented
∎ Responsible to achieve individual sales target.
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Daily sales reporting to supervisor
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's services.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Develop potential clients & maintain a good relationship with the existing clients .
∎ Maintain after sales formalities including Application Form, Payments schedule , Deed of Agreement.
∎ Deal clients & supply necessary information about land & flat to ensure sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 0 to 3 year(s)
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should be , smart, energetic, well mannered & intelligent.
∎ Should be honest and hardworking.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Strong attention, communication , presentation detail and accuracy.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenge.
∎ Strong customer service skills.
