Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
∎ Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Rajuk / CDA Drawings preparation.
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
∎ Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Max,v-ray, Lumion and Photoshop

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 0 to 3 year(s)
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design
∎ Knowledge on 3D Max and Photoshop is a must.
∎ Sound knowledge in modern Architecture and Interior Design, drawing and must have interior related materials idea.
∎ Visit Construction Sites and supervise.
∎ Attend Client Meeting.
∎ Software efficiency:
∎ AutoCAD
∎ 3D Studio Max / Sketch up.
∎ Adobe Photoshop
∎ Adobe Illustrator
∎

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
