Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic & self-motivated Marketing and Sales person who is experienced in the Bangladesh Real Estate.
Duties & Responsibilities for Required Post:
Achieve company`s goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door to door Marketing and Tele Marketing.
Respond to the clients query at office and over Telephone & Mobile.
Coordinate with collection and Customer Service Departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of projects.
Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
