Experience:

• 3 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA / MBA or Masters (preferably in Sales, Marketing & Development Communication) from any reputed Public / Private University.

• 3 to 6 years

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Self motivated.
• Sales & Marketing from any reputed real estate/developer company will give priority for this job.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Sales preferable in Real Estate sector.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility of duty time.
• Ability to achieve target duly on time.

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Market visit, client hunt, creating new opportunity.
• Development of new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Maintain daily log book and client information.
• Manage telephone calls and other mode of communication with customer.

• As per company policy.
