- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Sales preferable in Real Estate sector.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility of duty time.
- Ability to achieve target duly on time.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Market visit, client hunt, creating new opportunity.
- Development of new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
- Build a strong relationship with the customer.
- Maintain daily log book and client information.
- Manage telephone calls and other mode of communication with customer.
