Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering. Diploma in civil Engineering will act as a added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Achieving excellence in performance in delegate overall goal in engineering department.
∎ Run engineering department with efficiency and courage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervision the operation of different site as HOE.
∎ Ensure quality work on site.
∎ Able to calculate material requirement properly.
∎ Preparing work schedule, work progress and quality control report of respective project site.
∎ Ability work as a team.
∎ Monitor and observe work progress as per schedule and ensure timely handover of different project site.
∎ Ensure proper material handling and leading from the front ensure best use at the site.
∎ Co-ordinate of work with the clients to smoother handover process.
∎ Ensure cleanliness at site and different apartment unit.
∎ Co-ordinate different client function and maintain liason with project site and client to smooth the work process.
∎ Constant monitor individual project operation and give proper decision based on design and if necessary consultant management and take decision accordingly.
∎ Work as a team player and act as a head to lead the construction team.
∎ Responsible for maintain proper functionality of different project.
∎ Responsible to handle all design related decision and give proper direction to site engineers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of different design and drawing and responsible to maintain co-ordination with consultant regarding design portfolio.
∎ To assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirement.
∎ Inform the consultant / clients of error, discussions with in consultant.
∎ Maintain, control & enforce good construction standard and quality control.
∎ Proper monthly cost forecasting of different project & give summaries to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have in the following business area:Real Estate / Construction in reputed and mid level organization.
