Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain a professional relationship between Buyer and Manufacturer.
∎ Collect the PO (Purchase Order) from the Buyer.
∎ Break down the Order Sheet.
∎ Book and ensure in-house of all garment's fabric, accessories & trims.
∎ Monitor and ensure production progress.
∎ Ensure that the product quality is being maintained.
∎ Follow-up the shipment process in accordance with Buyer's instructions.
∎ Ensure a smooth shipment process.
∎ Maintain merchandising files and update Time and Action Plan (TNA).
∎ Update the Production Report for Line Manager.
