∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Sales Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating long and short term business plan of building products.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collection of lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Ensure overall sales target every month.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in every areas of operation.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Process all sales documentation for both Commercial and Residential Projects
∎ Respond to any Sales/Land queries and follow up accordingly
∎ Prepare and maintain industry wise prospective client database
∎ Ensure development of Sales Brochures and other sales tools for ongoing and upcoming projects.

∎ Must have sales knowledge

Salary: Negotiable
