Job Responsibilities
Identifying and Analyzing Tenders:
Search for relevant tenders through websites, newspapers, and online portals.
Identify suitable tenders based on the company’s products or services.
Tender Document Preparation:
Collect and prepare required documents (e.g., trade license, tax certificates, experience certificates, etc.).
Prepare financial proposals/price quotations. Draft technical proposals or project plans (if applicable).
Tender Submission:
Submit the tender within the deadline via online platforms or physically (as required).
Use of e-tendering platforms like e-GP, CPTU , or others efficiently.
Review and analyze tender documents (RFQ, RFP, BOQ, specifications, and drawings) and ensure compliance.
Prepare and compile all necessary documents for tender submissions within deadlines.
