Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand all land related documents ( C.S, S.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc )
∎ To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC office, AC land office, Sub- Registry office, Tahshil office and land dispute court etc.
∎ To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax & Vat, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
∎ To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale Deed, Sub-kabla deed, various legal letters/ reply against letters/ affidavit/ agreement/ contract/ deed etc.
∎ Will be responsible to visit all suitable land areas, select land, complete registration and take procession of land for all concern of the company.
∎ To collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with the proper market survey.
∎ To prepare the Deed of Agreement with the successful landowner.
∎ Will be responsible for checking of drafted purchase Agreement, Purchase Deed, Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, etc.
∎ To communicate with the potential land owner and arrange a meeting with the management.
∎ To source potential lands effectively negotiate with vendors or land owners to ensure the lands.
∎ To monitor land related issues and keep record up to date.
∎ To monitor every director and company related police case, CR case, GR case, Legal notice and deal with both civil court and Criminal Court etc.
∎ To monitor the return Agreement deed of client and satisfy client commitment.
∎ To maintain relationship with the legal firms.
∎ To make the compensation deed between company and sub-contractors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas; Land and Legal, land issue handling, land purchase, civil and criminal cases.
∎ Good knowledge on law of land.
∎ Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership.
∎ Familiarity with local & international law.
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the vendors & land owners.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
