Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
Provide legal advice to senior management on corporate transactions and other legal issues to guide the organization's legal strategy.
Draft, review and negotiate various legal documents including contracts and agreements.
Prepare, compile and submit all regulatory documents.
Manage filings and communications with regulatory authorities and stay updated on legal and regulatory changes.
Maintain communication and professional relationships with regulatory bodies.
Oversee and manage all legal matters related to estate administration, documentation and compliance as required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
