∎ Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Agreement drafts and share the draft with Supervisor as per the requirement;
∎ Preliminary vetting of Corporate Agreements and report the Supervisor;
∎ Assist in the vetting of various legal documents National and international;
∎ Work on interdepartmental notes, documentation;
∎ Preparation and Vetting of Banking related services agreement;
∎ Vetting of Content Subscription Agreements;
∎ Writing different internal and external communication as per the requirement of the Supervisor;
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor time to time;
∎ Assist the supervisor in the resolution of various legal disputes and court cases;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Enrollment as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ In-depth knowledge of contract law, labor law, banking law, Information Technology Law, and corporate-commercial law.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and people management skills
∎ Good negotiation skills and communication skill in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to handle complex situation ad cope with team at any situation.
∎ Excellent IT skills, in MS Office Package

Salary: Negotiable
