Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Prior experience in handling legal issues in the Garments/textile industry will be given preference.
  • Sound knowledge of Labor Law, Contract Law, and Industrial Relations.
  • Skilled in legal drafting in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle legal pressure situations.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, especially in Labor Courts, arbitration, and industrial disputes.

  • Handle issues related to compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (as amended), Factories Act, and Environmental Regulations.

  • Provide legal support in land-related matters, employment disputes, supplier issues, and government compliance.

  • Prepare legal notices, replies, affidavits, and other court-related documents.

  • Manage and maintain proper records of all litigation files, contracts, licenses, and other legal documentation.

  • Handle insurance claims, legal liabilities, and coordinate with insurers and brokers.

  • Maintain liaison with external legal counsel, law enforcement, and government agencies as required.

  • Ensure legal documentation, safety of property titles, licenses, factory registrations, etc.

  • Provide legal advice to management on all corporate, labor, and commercial matters.

  • Assist HR/Admin in disciplinary processes, including show-cause notices, domestic inquiries, terminations and final settlement.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

  • Candidate must need to stay adjacent to the factory premises.
