∎ BBA or MBA Major in Human Resource Management from any reputed public or private university.
∎ The applicants should have good sound in Bengali Typing & Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate HR, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct & Control HR, & Admin of the Corporate HR .
∎ Job analysis and preparation of job description of staff.
∎ Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal, compensation etc.
∎ Management of overall safety and security of the factory.
∎ Ensure cleaning and hygienic matter of the factory.
∎ Supervise Leaves & attendance etc.
∎ Supervise compliance issues of the factory.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have good sound in Bengali Typing & Microsoft Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Compensation/ Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ Experience in RMG & Corporate sector will get preference.
