∎ Laptop, Printer, Photocopier and FAX machine troubleshooting support
∎ Software, Office Package and Anti-Virus installation
∎ Access Control System hardware installation including HO and Branches
∎ Electrical power maintenance of Datacentre
∎ Checking UPS & Online UPS at server room
∎ Electrical tasks and monitoring the Electrical assets of Head office including branches
∎ Network cable setup for LANs for Head Office and Branches
∎ BTCL Telephone and IP PBX end user support
