Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Provide support for in-house software issues and 3rd party applications.
∎ Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security patches.
∎ Monitor and maintain seamless internet and data connectivity with effective bandwidth management.
∎ Plan and execute network solutions across different project durations.
∎ Prepare and monitor IT budgets, aligning with organizational goals.
∎ Maintain updated IT-related documentation and provide basic IT training and guidance to users.
∎ Research and plan for the adoption of new technologies, driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization

∎ Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Executive IT Specialist to lead and oversee all operations within the Information Technology (IT) department and troubleshoot technical issues, manage networks, support applications, and drive digital transformation with cost-effective solutions.

∎ 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: (9.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.)
∎ Key Responsibilities:
