Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal. A talented Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing server-side web applications using Python and be familiar with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing the web application`s front end.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create blueprints before development.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python & Documentation of coding as per standard so easily manageable for the team members.
∎ Develop web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
∎ Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
∎ Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
∎ Implement data storage solutions using SQL. Microsoft SQL Server is preferable.
∎ Create and maintain database schemas and tables.
∎ Develop SQL queries and procedures to retrieve and manipulate data.
∎ Optimize database performance by indexing and tuning queries.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues with databases.
∎ Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
∎ Create and maintain technical documentation.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues with web applications.
∎ Capable to integrate with third-party ERP. Such as Odoo Erp. Experience in Odoo Erp will get extra privileges.
∎ Good command over IT support, Windows and network are mandatory.
∎ Work independently and work as a team player both is required for this post.
∎ Perform any such comparable duties as required by the manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Python
∎ Django, Flask, or Pyramid,
∎ HTML, CSS, Bootstrap,
∎ JavaScript,
∎ Sql Query, Microsoft SQL Server / PostgreSQL databases / MySql
∎ Proficiency in English Writing/Speaking is a must for this post.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Excellent communication skills
