We are seeking skilled individuals with extensive experience in utilizing the JIBIKA PLEXUS web-based payroll software.

Responsibilities & Context:
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage daily attendance, leave records, resignations, terminations, and onboarding (including bank/Mobile account setup).
Input all benefits, deductions, and adjustments as per policy.
Oversee OT (overtime) control and approval process.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement through the mobile banking.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management.
IT Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal IT issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, E-mail and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for employees.
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers and security systems.
Conduct regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
