Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc ) in Computer Science or Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) Computer Science Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and updating TMS (Trainee Management System).
∎ Prepare Daily Trainee Statement.
∎ Prepare Job Test, Short Course, Main Certificates of GTCL trainees.
∎ Prepare Government/ NGO's trainees Certificate as per their requirement/ templates.
∎ Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues (Customize Software of GTCL-Accounts Experts).
∎ Primary diagnosing and solving software faults.
∎ Computer Hardware and Troubleshooting.
∎ Excellent knowledge of LAN ,MAN, Routing and Switching etc.
∎ Conducting short course class on Computer Application, Networking, Graphics Design,
∎ Prepare, administer and evaluate Class Test , Quiz Test , Job Test and Term Exams.
∎ Setup Sound System, Projector when required.
∎ Coordinate with MIS Officer / Project Officer of various projects (PKSF,BACI , SUDOKKHO,BRAC etc.)
∎ Provide IT support to end user for their Desktop, Laptop, Wi-fi, Scanner and other IT equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, NGO
∎ Strong verbal and written communications skills in English & Bangla
∎ Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
∎ Perform related tasks assigned by management.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
