Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CS, IT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Application & ERP solution implementation and its smooth operation.
∎ Fix bugs, troubleshoot, and resolve problems of existing or current ERP projects.
∎ Providing ERP software training to users.
∎ Collect, compile, and evaluate necessary data and generate MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Import data from various internal and external sources as required and present reports to the management.
∎ Preparation of presentation slides for the management and attendees in the meeting.
∎ Software, Networks, Printers, Scanners, Projectors and CCTV Camera maintenance.
∎ Provide IT support to end users' devices, such as Desktops, Laptops, wireless routers, and routers (Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik).
∎ Install, configure & manage all devices & services in the access layer
∎ Troubleshoot and level two support end-user Software, solution, Antivirus, and Operating system-related issues.
∎ Keeping track of IT assets of all end-user and sending reports as required.
∎ Ensure backup & restoration of end-user devices.
∎ Build document, project doc, issue register etc.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance contracts.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced Skill in Java, PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Ajax, and BootStrap, MS SQL, My SQL, Flutter, Apache Tomcat, Dart.
∎ Knowledge of SQA will be a plus
∎ Good knowledge of KVM, Hyper-V, RAID, AD DS, Windows server, and Linux.
∎ Should demonstrate a passion for interactive media, including knowledge of the latest technologies, techniques, and styles.
∎ Innovative, open-minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines.
∎ Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
