∎ Job Location: Factory (Rupganj, Narayanganj) & Head Office (Purana Paltan, Dhaka)Cash payment voucher and local vendor bill checking and posting vendor payment Bank voucher posting Term loan, short term loan posting TDS, VDS & Treasury deposit posting Daybook prepare and checking Sales invoice checking & posting Purchase invoice checking & posting Accrued bill checking & posting on monthly basis Collection & payment posting & reconciliation on a regular basis Preparation of bank reconciliation statement Monthly fixed asset register prepare & depreciation calculation in Excel Prepare loan reconciliation statement Factory petty cash requisition prepare IOU monitoring
