Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support for CCTV surveillance systems and IT infrastructure, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, and PoE switches.
Monitor CCTV systems and resolve connectivity, storage, and power issues.
Maintain records of camera locations, IP addresses, and system updates.
Provide IT support for PCs, printers, and software installations.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches to ensure stable connectivity.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Maintain IT inventory and support system upgrades and new installations.
