∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Hands on experience on Linux based mail server, RHCE certification is preferable.
∎ knowledge in Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange server.
∎ Hands on basic knowledge in SQL language.
∎ knowledge in networking system and device (like- BGP, RIP, OSPF ).
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and handle job independently.
∎ Must be a team player.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide IT support for desktop, laptop & also require to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system is used).
∎ Company user's mail configuring in Microsoft outlook, Windows Live mail.
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
∎ Lead to control security of all technology, IT materials, computers, etc. and manage inventory.
∎ Understanding of Computer power and UPS, Suitable system of power, online and offline UPS Support for Video Conference Zoom, Teams, and other communication platforms.
∎ Internetworking concepts and being able to manage office networks.
∎ Strong Knowledge on Domain, Hosting, cPanel, SSH.Soun
∎ knowledge on ERP installation, maintenance and backup CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
