∎ B. Sc. in C.S.E from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ Ensure hardware maintenance, network & server maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Trouble shooting on Mail client and very good knowledge on data recovery
∎ Setup and maintain company's computer network which includes ,Fiber optics ,Radio link, LAN and WAN network
∎ Monitor & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera/Camera, CCTV, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger Attendances & Access control Device.
∎ Conduct user training for software and application as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Progressive work experience in a similar role in FMCG/RMG/IT sector
∎ Experience of handling & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera/Camera, CCTV, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger Attendances & Access control Device.
∎ Strong communication and analytical skill.
∎ Candidate shall be able to work under pressure and possess a proactive and can-do attitude.
