Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Mechanical Engineering, PET Blowing Machine Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge of PET line equipment's, especially in blow Moulding machine.
∎ Should be aware about packaging process of juice, CSD and water products.
∎ Should have experience in Overhaul of Blow Mould Machine.
∎ Monitoring and controlling in-process parameters.
∎ Execution of predictive maintenance, breakdowns of PET blowing machine.
∎ Maintenance all equipment history cards.
∎ Communicate with department head & maintenance technician for all maintenance related job.
∎ Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of machinery.
∎ Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
∎ Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problem as detected.
∎ To perform maintenance and yearly overhauling works.
∎ Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
∎ Ability of hazard identification and risk management.
∎ Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
