Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Must be familiar with office suit, Knowledge about Networking System,
Must have knowledge Mikrotik router, Switch, Wi-Fi routers,
Sound knowledge and skills in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe in design, Adobe flash, After effect, Coral Draw etc.
Must be able to work under pressure, energetic & self-confident.
Responsibilities & Context: - Provide Desktop/ Laptop LAN connectivity & troubleshoot accordingly
- Assist to maintain & Monitor Data Centre Network Cabling, Tagging, Power System etc.
- Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services.
- Configure, deploy, manage & monitor Server & Software
- Carry out Special Duty assigned by the management.
- Lead the Human Resource & Administration Department which includes Planning, recruitment and selection, job posting, performance appraisal, training and development and maintain personnel records and other HR documents.
- Prepare leave schedule, process leave application and monitor staff leaves.
- Monitor the employee attendance and take necessary action as per rule.
- Monitor & ensure proper security and safety measure in office.
- Prepare Appointment letters, interview schedules, meeting minutes, and be in charge of circulating various notices and instructions around the organizations.
- Conduct Induction programs to new employees.
- Prepare different types of Notes, Memos, Minutes, Office Order and Office Circular; and checking various bills & voucher.
- Monitor Vehicle management; Controlling and effective utilization of vehicles operation.
- Supervises driver's works and monitoring log book & all vehicle documentation
- Handle other day-to-day HR & Administrative activities of the organization.
