Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure timely processing of all inbound/outbound activities to meet overall company business objectives.
- Responsible for day-to-day visual inspection on goods arrived at the warehouse and packed for transferring to all FHL OC/OSC by Truck/Courier.
- Inventory reconciliation between in-house tracking system and the physical counts.
- Keeping track on all the expiry product and do the necessary.
- Manage spare parts inventory at all FHL OC-OSCs for efficient connectivity and OnM.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Utilize IT systems for shipment timing and cost management.
- Maintain proper database for return materials.
- Ensure necessary tagging of return materials.
- Segregate usable material from return lot and ready for re-issue.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities.
- Any other task assigns by Supervisor
