We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Showroom Executives. The ideal candidate will represent our brand, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the showroom, and actively contribute to achieving and enhancing sales performance.

• Welcome customers as they enter the showroom, creating a positive first impression.

• Understand customers` needs and preferences, and provide them with product information and recommendations.

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various boards and doors to the customer, including materials, designs, finishes, and functionalities.

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.

• Handle customer orders, including preparing quotes, processing sales transactions, and arranging for delivery or installation.   

• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales, and with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Ensure that all products are attractively displayed, clean, and well-organized.

• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that popular products are always in stock.

• Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

• Prepare sales reports and other reports as required by management.

• Work with the sales team, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Participate in and support marketing and promotional activities, such as sales events, product launches, and trade shows.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and promotional offers
