Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite, Desk Job)

Location: Uttara, Sector 15 (Near BRTA Office & Diyabari Govt. Primary School), Dhaka

Looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Marketer who is eager to work independently and capable of managing the entire marketing operation with expertise.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns

• Ensure maximum ROI through proper budget management and optimization

• Conduct target audience research and develop effective ad strategies

• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports

• Manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and Google Analytics

• Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and increase sales

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and ad policies

Your Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook & Google Ads Campaign Management

• Proven experience in lead generation, conversion, and sales campaigns

• Experience managing monthly ad budgets and scaling profitable campaigns

• Previous work experience in Health, E-commerce, or Service-based industries will be an advantage

• Practical experience with A/B testing and performance optimization

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 6 days a week
