Responsibilities & Context:
Order Confirmation: Contacting customers over the phone to confirm orders and verify delivery details.
Order Management: Collecting orders from various channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Website) and ensuring they are processed.
Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer information and order details accurately in Microsoft Excel.
Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling daily posts on social media platforms to keep the audience engaged.
Live Sessions: Conducting regular Facebook Lives to showcase products, explain features, and interact with the audience.
Promotional Updates: Informing customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals through calls and messages.
Customer Relationship: Handling customer queries in the inbox/comments and solving any issues regarding delivery or products.
