Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Full Stack Digital Marketer who can independently manage, optimise, and scale our complete digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be highly confident in ROI and CPR optimisation, experienced across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, and proficient in WhatsApp and Email Marketing systems to support repeat sales and customer retention.

Job Responsibilities

  • Campaign Performance & ROI Optimisation

  • Analyse overall digital marketing performance and continuously reduce ROI percentage

  • Take data-driven decisions to improve profitability and efficiency

  • Identify gaps and implement corrective strategies based on performance insights

  • Cost Per Result (CPR) Reduction

  • Monitor daily advertising costs and performance results

  • Reduce CPR through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimisation

  • Improve targeting strategies and funnel flow using real-time data.

  • Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook), Google, and TikTok

  • Manage re targeting, re-marketing, and lookalike audience campaigns

  • Maintain consistent performance across both low-budget and high-budget campaigns.

  • Website & Funnel Optimisation

  • Manage website performance, landing pages, and checkout flow optimisation

  • Set up and maintain Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Conversion API

  • Conduct UX audits, heatmap analysis, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)

  • WhatsApp & Email Marketing (Customer Retention &Automation)

  • Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, order followup, and repeat sales # Set up WhatsApp automation and broadcast systems while ensuring compliance

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns for promotions, retention, and customer education

  • Segment customer lists and optimise open rates, click rates, and conversion performance

  • Content& Creative Coordination

  • Plan and publish short-form video and ad creatives for Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok

  • Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency

  • Analyse creative performance and guide improvements based on data

  • Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Conduct competitor and market research

  • Track trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour

  • Develop new funnels, offers, and scalable growth strategies

  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ROI & CPR performance reports

  • Submit campaign summaries, insights, and improvement plans to
