Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales—preferred from experience in Commercial Vehicle sales (truck, pickup, bus, or heavy/light commercial), or good sales and dealer background.
Strong network with corporate clients, fleet operators, and logistics companies.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities & Context:
To achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles through effective territory execution.
To plan and implement territory-level sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives and market dynamics.
To identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging demand trends through regular market visits and competitor analysis.
To develop, manage, and support dealers and sub-dealers while ensuring product availability, pricing communication, and POS readiness.
To build strong relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, SMEs, and local businesses.
