We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and own Adevs’ inbound marketing engine.
This role is responsible for turning Adevs’ technical expertise, internal knowledge, and real project experience into qualified inbound leads. You will define the strategy, execute the plan, and measure what actually drives revenue.
This is not a brand-only or social-media-focused role. It is a growth and pipeline ownership role.
Own the inbound growth strategy for Adevs end to end
Design and manage the inbound funnel: traffic → leads → qualified opportunities
Define target customer profiles and buying journeys for Adevs’ services
Build and maintain the content roadmap aligned with real buyer problems
Work closely with technical teams to extract real use cases, insights, and case studies
Collaborate with sales to define lead quality, handoff, and feedback loops
Improve website conversion rates through landing pages, forms, and messaging
Track performance using clear metrics: traffic quality, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact
Continuously test and optimize inbound channels (SEO, content, lead magnets)
Consistent growth in qualified inbound leads
Clear visibility into what content and channels drive real opportunities
Reduction in low-quality or irrelevant inquiries
Strong alignment between marketing output and sales outcomes
4–6 years of experience in growth or inbound marketing, ideally in software or B2B services
Strong understanding of inbound funnels, SEO, and content-led demand generation
Experience working with long sales cycles and high-consideration services
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear positioning
Data-driven mindset with hands-on execution capability
Comfortable owning results, not just campaigns
Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent)
CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
Landing page optimization and basic A/B testing
Content performance tracking and reporting
