যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতাঃ

• POS সফটওয়্যারসহ অন্যান্য সফটওয়্যার সম্পর্কে মৌলিক জ্ঞান (আবশ্যক)।
• কম্পিউটারে বেসিক থেকে ইন্টারমিডিয়েট লেভেলের দক্ষতা।
• লাইভ ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশন, ভিডিও কনটেন্ট তৈরি এবং ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সম্পর্কে মৌলিক জ্ঞান (প্রাধান্য পাবে)।
• শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী এবং নেগোসিয়েশন স্কিল।
• সেলস টিমে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা কমপক্ষে ১ বছর (সফটওয়্যার বা আইটি সেক্টরে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার)।

পদের সারাংশঃ

Sherazi IT বাংলাদেশের একটি শীর্ষস্থানীয় সফটওয়্যার প্রতিষ্ঠান, যা ব্যবসায়িক উন্নয়ন এবং সাপোর্টে বিশেষায়িত। আমরা আমাদের সেলস টিমে এমন কয়েকজন উদ্যমী এবং লক্ষ্যভিত্তিক Call Center Executive (Customer Support) নিয়োগ করছি, যারা টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কোম্পানির সফটওয়্যার সলিউশনসমূহের বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধিতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করতে আগ্রহী।

প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহঃ

• কোম্পানির সফটওয়্যার পণ্যসমূহ (যেমন: POS সফটওয়্যার) এর বিক্রয় এবং সম্পর্কিত ট্রেনিং প্রদান করা।

• সেলস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে সেলস অপারেশনস পরিচালনা করা।

• নতুন ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ সনাক্তকরণ এবং লিড জেনারেশনে সক্রিয় অবদান রাখা।

• মার্কেটিং ইভেন্টসমূহে অংশগ্রহণ এবং প্রতিনিধিত্ব করা।

• মার্কেটিং এবং ডেভেলপমেন্ট টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে ক্যাম্পেইন পরিচালনা করা।

• CRM এর মাধ্যমে কল লগ, সেলস ডাটা এবং কাস্টমার ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন সংক্রান্ত সকল রেকর্ড সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ, আপডেট ও নিয়মিত রিপোর্টিং নিশ্চিত করা।

• নির্ধারিত পারফরম্যান্স অর্জন করা।
